Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at AMR. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your printers or office electronics, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your laboratory or office needs:

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free for orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00, a flat rate of $9.95 applies.

Expedited Shipping (2 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. (Order must be placed by 1:00 PM EST).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.
3. Bulk Orders & Heavy Freight
Because we specialize in office and lab electronics, certain orders (such as bulk purchases of industrial label printers or heavy power management devices) may exceed standard courier weight limits.

These items will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight.

Freight shipments typically take 5-7 business days and may require a delivery appointment.

If your order requires freight shipping, our customer service team will contact you directly to arrange the delivery details.
4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
AMR ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that large printers and heavy electronics cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes and require a physical street address for delivery.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AMR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages and Missing Items
AMR guarantees that your electronics will leave our facilities in new or properly inspected condition. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier may require photographic evidence.
